What this website collects

When you submit the demo or contact forms, we collect what you type: your name, role, school, city, board, section count, phone, email and message. We use it to respond to your enquiry and to prepare for the demo you asked for. It is not sold, rented or shared with advertisers.

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party ad trackers.

Student and school data in deployments

EduGenixAI products deployed at schools run as separate instances, typically on servers the school controls. Records created there — students, attendance, fees, marks — belong to the school. We process them to provide the contracted service and for no other purpose.

We do not sell student data, mine it for advertising, or build advertising profiles from it. There is no shared database between schools.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and reasonable follow-up. You may ask us to correct or delete your enquiry data at any time by writing to the address above.

We operate with regard to applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and school service agreements set out data-protection commitments contractually.
