Refund policy
Pricing is per section, in INR, with GST itemised. Refund positions are set out in each school's service agreement; this page states the general policy for orientation.
Licences and subscriptions
Annual licences cover the licence year and are generally non-refundable once deployment has begun, except as provided in the service agreement. Monthly plans can be discontinued ahead of the next billing cycle.
Pilots and deployments
Pilot arrangements state their own commercial terms up front, including what happens if the school does not proceed. Deployment and training services are charged for work performed.
Books and printed material
Printed titles with printing defects or transit damage are replaced. Contact us with the order reference and photographs and we will arrange it.
